Who will answer last minute questions from the florist, or fix the cake when the ring-bearer sneaks a taste? A Sweet Occasion offers an affordable day-of service, in which we are present at your wedding to manage all of your vendors and to ensure that your day proceeds smoothly.
A wedding coordinator is not just for people hiring the most expensive hotel and the biggest band. Our services can be invaluable to brides who are planning from out of town or out of state, brides who don't have anyone else to turn to for wedding help & advice, brides who''s bridesmaids cannot help with the planning, brides who are getting stressed out about their wedding, brides who don't know what to, and brides who don't want to planning.
In addition to saving you money on your wedding day, we offer special services to our clients that can save you money on invitations and the honeymoon. Although we offer invitations at 30% off, we will make sure you are getting the best price, through us or another vendor. We also act as travel agent. We can assist with guest accommodations, guest flights, destination weddings, and your honeymoon.
Anyone can say they are a bridal consultant without any training or experience. We are certified by the ABC (Association of Bridal Consultants). We would be happy to share some recommendations from past clients. Finally, we would welcome the opportunity to sit down with you share our experiences and learn your needs.
Our first consultation is always FREE. Often times this can be the best time you spend planning for your wedding - whether you hire us or not! This is a talk to help you focus on what you want for your wedding. It is not just another sales pitch for our services.
